What I didn't know was that Michael and Kathy would just check in from time to time to see how everything was going on Middle street. They became friends and were people that I would reach out to for questions like how do I turn off the hose water in the winter, which was followed up by Michael showing up at the door saying let me help you. Everything was professionally designed and installed, including some relatively unusual requirements building out our loft space. They installed custom cable channels that matched the decor and everything has been extremely reliable and looks terrific. Many of their wiring and install recommendations have led us to being able to upgrade over time without needing to have additional wiring done. They are flexible and work well with the other sub-contractors involved in the project. We are very satisfied with their services.
